At Aurora Avenue, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our fulfillment process, the following return conditions apply.
1. Return Conditions
Returns can only be requested after the item has been physically received.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping costs and any potential customs fees.
Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
Trying on items is permitted; however, wearing them beyond fitting is not allowed.
Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of partial returns is not permitted.
2. Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at:
Include your order number and the reason for your return request.
Once approved, you will receive the return address of our fulfillment partner.
The item must be shipped back at the customer’s expense. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
4. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue so we can resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
6. Liability
If tracking confirms delivery to the provided address, responsibility transfers to the customer.
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer are the customer's responsibility.
Address corrections must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
